According to article 13 of said Decree we hereby inform you that:

1- Data are collected for contractual purposes, commercial purposes and to set normal commercial contacts and the treatment is carried out through the following means: manual and electronic.

2- You are not obliged to provide Midorj S.r.l.s. with your data.

3- In case of refusal to provide the data, as consequence Midorj S.r.l.s. will not be able to fulfil any of your purchasing order, as well as to use them for the purposes above indicated.

4- Your data have been collected upon a request of Midorj S.r.l.s. and they can be disclosed to companies that are Midorj S.r.l.s.’s business partners for the above mentioned purposes as well as for marketing, advertisement, promotion and market searches purposes. Moreover, within Midorj S.r.l.s. your data can be disclosed to the employees working in accountancy, marketing, communication, internet and administration, as responsible and empowered persons for data treatment.

5- You can contact to the persons in charge for the data treatment to enforce your rights provided under article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/03, that is: the confirmation of the existence of data concerning you; the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form and block of data treated in breach of the law; the updating, the rectification or the integration of data; the attestation that the aforementioned operations have been brought to the attention of those whom the data have been disclosed or communicated.
